The IMLS Course System provides the crucial formula for developing inspiring interactive learning. With IMLS the student has not only a chance to read, see, and hear, but more importantly, participate and interact with the curriculum, which increases the percentage of retention. Studies show that with normal elearning courses students retain only 30% of what they read and see on the screen. IMLS let's students interact with the material and learn from their mistakes. This can actually be more beneficial than sitting in a lecture and asking questions to a professor!
IMLS also gives access to courses for up to one year to be able to ensure understanding through revision and review. All courses and modules include animation, interaction, graphics, assessment and professional voice over recordings to ensure an enjoyable and successful elearning experience.
Although presentation of the curriculum is delivered in a carefully designed way to ensure understanding and enjoyment, it is encouraged that students interact with the material often to ensure true understanding of course material and outcomes.
Each course ends with a review module and summaries to help "put things together".
